The project
Método Saya
How we turned an outdoor coach’s method into a full system: attract, train and manage — without jargon in the way.
The project
Picture a personal trainer teaching outdoor calisthenics in Aldaia (Valencia). No machine gym — a method, a park, and people who want to start or keep going. The job wasn’t “make a pretty site”. It was to organise real business life: a stranger can book a free first hour without fear, a student knows how many sessions are left, and the coach stops losing bookings in chat threads. Método Saya is that story told as software.
What they wanted
Turn a hand-told body-and-mind training method into a full digital system: book the first session without friction, let students manage bookings, passes and progress without living in chat, and give the coach a clear way to run schedule, groups and today’s location.
The challenge
He was done living in WhatsApp. He wanted a site that told his philosophy for real, a calendar for the free first session, a simple student app, and a panel for schedule, passes, groups and messages.
Our solution
We built three clear layers: a public site with real booking, an installable student account (PWA) with pass, sessions, Ki and challenges, and a coach panel for slots, bookings and today’s location — in Saya’s tone.
How it’s built
This isn’t “one site with three screens”. It’s three tools that talk to each other.
Public website — the front door
What a non-student sees: story, pricing, groups, real reviews, and a real calendar to request the free first hour. Pick a slot, request it, and the system takes over.
Student account — the app without the App Store
After an invite you create an account and can install it like an app. See your pass, book, get alerts, complete challenges, earn Ki and know where training is today.
Coach panel — the business remote
Daily ops live here: notifications, calendar, users, passes, challenges, Ki, reviews and “we train here today”. Order instead of scattered chats.
Colour palette
Saya wants contrast and street energy: near-black, bright yellow (visual Ki), accent red, clean white and greys for secondary text.

Tech stack
PHP runs the logic. MySQL holds the data (via PDO). The account is a PWA. Push alerts use Firebase Cloud Messaging. JavaScript and CSS handle motion and look.
