Scope
This policy applies to the SevenApps website (buhonea.com/sevenapps/) and to its contact / briefing forms. SevenApps operates within the Buhonea ecosystem.
Data we process
Depending on use: identifying data (name), contact (email / phone), basic professional data (sector, activity), messages and briefing details you send, technical logs (IP, user agent, date/time), and preferences (cookie consent). We do not process special categories of data through these forms.
Purposes and legal bases
- Handle your enquiries / briefing / support (forms / email): consent and/or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.a / 6.1.b GDPR).
- Internal admin alerts about new messages (e.g. push to the team): legitimate interest in managing requests (Art. 6.1.f), without significant impact on your rights.
- Courtesy / follow-up emails related to your request: same bases as above.
- Optional commercial communications (only with opt-in): consent (Art. 6.1.a). You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Security, fraud prevention and service improvement: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- Web analytics (only if you accept): consent (Art. 6.1.a).
Recipients and processors
Providers needed to run the service (hosting, email/SMTP such as IONOS, analytics tools if accepted, messaging/alerts). They act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties except legal duty or a clearly informed contractual need.
International transfers
If we use providers outside the EEA (e.g. certain Google or notification services), transfers rely on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid adequacy mechanisms. More information: notificaciones@buhonea.com.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose and legal duties. Guidance: support / briefing enquiries (up to 12 months), contractual relation (while active and then blocked for legal periods — e.g. up to 6 years for accounting/tax), cookie preferences (up to 24 months or as set in the preference centre).
Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and the right not to be subject to automated decisions, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to notificaciones@buhonea.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Minors
If you are under 14, parental/guardian consent is required when the legal basis is consent.
Automated decisions
We do not take automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you without human involvement.
Security measures
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures (TLS in transit, access control, event logging, backups, pseudonymisation where appropriate).
