Terms of use
Purpose
These terms govern use of the SevenApps website and how project enquiries / briefs submitted through its forms are handled. They complement the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
Nature of the service
SevenApps offers digital product design and development services (websites, apps/PWAs, panels, integrations) within the Buhonea ecosystem. Information on the Site (prices, timelines, examples) is indicative unless a written proposal is accepted.
Enquiries and briefs
Sending a form or brief does not create a binding contract. It starts a conversation to assess fit, scope and budget. A contract exists only when both parties expressly accept a proposal (email, signed document or equivalent).
Quotes and payments
Quotes state scope, approximate timeline and price. Payment terms are set in each proposal. Until acceptance and, where applicable, an agreed deposit, no delivery obligation arises.
Client duties
- Provide truthful information and materials needed for the project.
- Hold rights over content you supply (texts, images, logos, data).
- Respond within reasonable time to validation requests that unblock delivery.
Intellectual property
Until full payment of the agreed fees, deliverables remain the Provider’s property. After payment, rights transfer as stated in the proposal (usually use/exploitation of the commissioned work for the client’s business). Prior tools, libraries and know-how of SevenApps/Buhonea are not transferred unless expressly agreed.
Portfolio
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may show the project in our portfolio and marketing (name, screenshots, high-level description), respecting confidentiality of sensitive data.
Liability
We act with professional diligence. Liability for contractual breach is limited to the fees paid for the specific service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or where mandatory law forbids limitation.
Consumers
If you contract as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights apply (information, withdrawal where applicable). For online disputes: ODR platform.
