The project
Buhonea
The story of a owned channel for the neighbourhood: discover on the map, manage in the panel, act without pay-to-rank algorithms.

The project
The complaint kept repeating: “I pay for ads or I don’t exist.” Buhonea answers with a search map for citizens and a panel where businesses update hours, photos, menus and bookings once. Behind the scenes, a Super Admin runs the platform for real: search users, news, reports, ratings, complaints, updates to managers and subscription control. The live Método Saya profile proves it works for professionals too, not only bars.
What they wanted
Own a neighbourhood channel: anyone can find the business on a map, and the owner publishes hours, menus, bookings and updates from one panel — without fighting ads or paying commission on every walk-in. Plus a professional admin so whoever runs Buhonea can control the whole platform.
The challenge
Stop begging for visibility. Stop updating five places to change a menu. Clear pricing: pay for the panel, not for every person who walks in. And a real backoffice to moderate, inform managers and manage subscriptions.
Our solution
Four pieces. Buhonea website to explain and sign up. Search with a live map (public heart). Business panel to publish and operate (private heart). And a Super Admin for the operator: app/search users, news, surveys, face-form feedback, metrics, profile and post reports, deletion requests, Panel Buhonea ratings/reports, news for managers, and subscribed businesses (premium, trial, ban, delete). What the owner changes, citizens see — with serious ops behind it.
How it’s built
If Buhonea were a town: the site is city hall, search is the square, the panel is each shop’s back room… and Super Admin is the office that keeps the town running.
Buhonea website — explanation and acquisition
Commercial front door: what it is, what it costs, why it isn’t TheFork, links to panel and search, plus a live example.
Search — the digital street
Map, filters, full profile, menu, bookings, Live… Browse without an account; with one, follow places and unlock extras.
Business panel — the back counter
Photos, hours, menu, bookings, ratings, Live, VIP and subscription. One place instead of WhatsApp + PDF + social.
Super Admin — platform control
Whoever runs Buhonea doesn’t improvise with spreadsheets. There is a real admin: app/search users (Firebase accounts and actions), categorised news, surveys, face-form feedback, metrics, profile and post reports, account deletion requests, Panel Buhonea ratings and manager reports, and direct updates to keep panel managers informed. Plus subscribed businesses — panel, Mother Panel and created affiliates — with premium, trial, ban or delete by contract and ops. Public product + professional operation behind it: that’s a big project.
